We are the only proud owner in
India of this tensile testing machine which is capable of testing Tensile Strengths of strips of thickness as below as 0.08mm.

The equipment is equipped with Pneumatic Grippers to hold thinner material in the custom built jaws. Ours is the only company in India who can provide UTS as well as elongation for material thinner than 0.5mm i.e. upto 0.08mm which is the true test of the mechanical strength of the material, whereas hardness alone can mislead the user. A computer generated graph between stress and strain can also be provided with the certificate.

Each heat is being analyzed prior to its pouring molten metal into the moulds to ensure the proper chemistry of the alloy. Impurities are controlled within specified limits and proper records are being maintained for easy tractability at a later stage.

The AGRAWAL'S TQM Cell is now working to secure the ISO-9001 Certification within the stipulated time-frame.

This equipment is being used to check the hardness of the strips in Vikers with diamond pyramid indentation. The equipment is capable of measuring the hardness of the strips/foils upto a thickness of 0.035 mm.
